SHELTERED EMPLOYMENT: Employment and training is offered in a sheltered
setting. Individuals complete subcontract work and are paid based on
productivity. Transportation is provided to and from the workplace.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT: Job development, technical assistance, and job
training are provided for adults within the business community. On-going
follow-up with community employers is provided as well as transportation to and
from job sites. Transportation fees are billed on a sliding fee scale.

JOB CLUB: A discussion group is offered for adults on the community
employment waiting list, and for those who are interested in upgrading their
employment skills. Job Club meets once a month to discuss skills needed to
obtain and retain employment.

SENIORS:
Alternative daytime activities for senior retired enrollees are
provided. Activities include but are not limited to: reality orientation,
volunteer activities, pet therapy, exercise, and intergenerational activities.
Transportation is provided to and from the service delivery site(s).

ADULT ACTIVITY
SERVICES: Alternative daytime/work activities are provided for adults with
severe disabilities. This service encourages development of
awareness of self, others and the environment as well as self-help skills,
medical management, sensory stimulation and leisure skills through a wide
variety of activities. Time may also be devoted to paid employment
and training.
Transportation is provided to and from the workplace.

COMMUNITY BASED
SERVICES: Adults who are unable to leave their homes due to
medical concerns or advanced age receive individualized services in their homes.
Activities are based on the individual's choices and may include community
trips, leisure activities, self-help skills, music activities, and reality
orientation.
