On October 1, 2001, three programs ACCESS (Early Intervention), Early
Start, and Welcome Home came together to form Help Me Grow...ACCESS to an
early start! This program is available for Allen County's expectant
parents, newborns, infants, and toddlers. Help Me Grow provides
health and developmental services so that children start school healthy
and ready to learn. Services are designed with your family's
concerns and goals in mind.
Help Me Grow of Allen County operates under the Allen County Board of
DD and the Allen County Family and Children First Council.
