Marimor Industries Secure Shred Surpasses 1,000,000 lbs.

LIMA, OHIO –   In October 2006, the Secure Shred division of Marimor Industries, Inc. surpassed 1,000,000 total lbs of documents destroyed.  Since the start of operations in August 2003, the shredding and recycling efforts of Marimor Industries and its customers has resulted in saving 8500 trees, 3,500,000 gallons of water and 1500 cubic feet of landfill space.

Marimor Industries, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that provides training and employment to individuals with Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities in Allen County.  The training is accomplished by securing subcontract work with business and industry.  The Secure Shred division offers confidential shredding with industrial capabilities.  Businesses and individuals may call 419-221-1226 ext 1328 for more information.
