Marimor School - School Age
What are School Age Services?
School age classes are for children and youth ages six through twenty-one. The classes are held Monday through Friday at Marimor School. Parents and professionals meet as a team to develop goals for the child on the IEP Individualized Education Program.
What services are offered?
- The Unique Learning Systems curriculum, which is aligned with the Ohio Department of Education academic content standards.
- Related services (i.e. speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, adaptive physical education) are provided based on the needs of the child as developed on the IEP
- Transition services for children and youth who are 14 years and older
- All teachers are licensed by the Ohio Department of Education
Who can get school age services at Marimor School?
A child or youth who:
- Is age six through twenty-one
- Resides in Allen County
- Has a disability category of Multiple Disabilities, Autism or Traumatic Brain Injury as determined by the Evaluation Team Report (ETR). The ETR is completed by the Local School District at no cost to the parent.

Call your local school district and talk to the Special Education Supervisor or call Marimor School and talk to the Director of Education.
